OMG these are the best headphones Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones, Noise Cancelling - Black that I have ever owned

I compared these to the Sony noise cancelling Bluetooth lineup in a brick and mortar store, and preferred the Bose

I bought the new Sony wh1000 and aside from them not being as comfortable as the bose they are better in every other aspect noise cancelling sound.

I felt like bose's variety blocked more

The Bose rep on the phone said that the problem I was having was a Bose BT problem that was caused by manufacturing and firmware problems and that the way to fix it is to return my $350 headset and they will send me a Bose QC35 Series 2 headset for the bargain price of $259

Will never buy Bose again and will not recommend to anyone to buy their products.
