The Bose rep on the phone said that the problem I was having was a Bose BT problem that was caused by manufacturing and firmware problems and that the way to fix it is to return my $350 headset and they will send me a Bose QC35 Series 2 headset for the bargain price of $259

MINIMAL NOISE REDUCTION – VMNR would be the more accurate term Bose, but again, that wouldn’t really lure as many people it, would it?
