I am not going to drone on like a true audiophile about the depth of the sound, the treble, the bass - if I wanted true sound quality I would have splurged on the Sennheiser Momentums - what I wanted was a good sounding headphone with top noise cancelling

Honestly, I can't even put everything I'd want to express about this, but hands down best noise cancelling headphones out there.

The Bose has equally as good or slightly better noise canceling, but is inferior when it comes to app features (no adaptive ANC, no calibration, no ability to manually adjust EQ) and more importantly, sound quality

For a pair of headphones that is supposed to be "Quiet" comfort noise-cancelling, it beggars belief why they decided it should make noise and talk to you

These sound amazing and have incredible noise cancelling, but they are completely useless for phone calls.
