Not to be content to just making a great consumer audio product, Bose executive management decided to sell out their customers' trust.

Excellent product thus far, however the USB pluggable sold with the Bose is questionable.

Their customer support is tragic - they don't want to acknowledge that they damaged their own product

I have had the QC3 and the QC25 and both are really great products, but this is the best!

Nevertheless, judging the headphones in regards of weight, comfort fit, general technical quality, wireless convenience and sound delivery I would overall highly recommend this product.

My one gripe with it is that it's difficult to switch from one device to another unless you completely disconnect from one device, but that's kinda negligible to how well the overall product works

So not only was I required to give my credit card number, and get charged for shipping a defective product, I was not even given the correct charge.

Good product but the microphone does not work well as people can’t hear due to the noise that capture if you are in a open space.

This product worked well for the first few months, but now, after three months of use, continues to breakdown in terms of BlueTooth wireless phone connectivity and sound quality

The rival product to this would only be the Sony MDR-1000X, which some prefer for ANC and sound quality, but has problems with build quality (plastic parts inside)

While I like the product overall, the customer service that one gets for what I consider a major purchase is left wanting.

After spending over $300 one would hope that there would be checks and quality control but even after the firmware update that allowed one to select high, low and off options for active noise cancelling - there was no difference between any of these and not having any headphones on(or even my old Bose non-noise cancelling headphones).I shall try and replace them - if I am succesful, I may update the review but the product I received is currently a 100% fail.

Overall, this is a very hard product to build to this level of quality, props to Bose for getting it right.

It’s scarcely believable that a product this expensive could be made with such poor quality materials

This product comes with a case to protect the headphones when travelling or storing - which protects the headphones from damage

In Bose's credit, when I contacted them about it they did offer me a trade-in offer to the QC 35-II headphones (brand new) for significantly less than retail even though they are out of warranty, but I can't see myself investing more money on an expensive product that may break again after short, light use.

With these changes to the app you would have a near perfect product in my opinion, but for now
