Other than the terrible battery life, I highly rate the headphones for comfort and superb noise cancelling

They sound great, have good noise canceling, excellent battery life, and are super comfortable, but this might be the last pair I will ever own with the quality being so poor (especially for what I paid for them)

I have unpair, rebooted device, drained the headset battery, reloaded the Bose App, resynch to my phone many times, airplane mode, turned off bluetooth, tried on different phones, computers tablets, ... in the end, it all fails

I find that the rechargeable battery is not as convenient as a replaceable battery.

Even when the on/off switch is in the off position, the headphones will turn on automatically, draining the battery unnecessarily

As far as sound quality goes, the soundscape is nowhere near as rich as the B&Ws; there's something insubstantial about the sound coming from the Bose.
