I figured it must have been an isolated issue that was probably fixed by now.

The main reason I am disappointed is because I bought these for work so that I can use them during online meetings and the mic has weird issues

I love Bose, only issue is I wish I could make them louder.

Its not a major issue, the headphones are very comfortable mind you, just concerned that the earcups might have more wear and tear if it gets sweat on

It is just amazing that Bose releases a product with such a lame issue

I have also run into some intermittent Bluetooth issues with Windows 10 that some research seems to suggest is a Bose issue, so buyer beware
