A littly bassy, but overall a good product and doesn't vibrate off of my shower stall door when I am listening to it in the shower.

Didn't get the plug in part but this is a great product!

It's fair to assume the speaker will still play via the included power cord after the battery reaches the end of its rechargeable lifespan, however, that will severely diminish the ease of portability that helps make the SoundLink such a great product
