Great small portable speaker Bose sound in the palm of my hand

Can't believe all that sound comes from this great little Bose

I got this because I really wanted a ultra portable speaker with good sound, and as far as that goes this little Bose is great.

Classic Bose!

Soundwise it is a tie between the Soundlink Micro and the P2, the P2 sounds maybe slightly more refined, but at half volume it does really strange stuff, bass scratches and becomes quite uncontrolled, while the Bose plays really clean, with just some slight tendency to drone in the 100hz region

And most importantly, the Bose is way cheaper and has a flatter frequency response than the P2

Can’t go wrong with a Bose Very easy to carry around and make it a party where ever you end up.

The Bose Soundlink Micro is one of the first ultraportable pocketsized speakers that are really enjoying to listen to unlike the sheer mass of crappy comparable speakers promising "big bass" etc

I should have never doubted Bose.

If something were to happen with my Micro, I would easily buy it again (even though it being the cheapest Bose speaker, it still isn't cheap and cost ~5x as much as the Anker speakers) because simply: it sounds better, the battery lasts much longer than many others in it's class (much longer than the Anker's max), and I don't doubt its durability

Bose you RockI love Bose products and I love this speaker I use it while riding my bike to work, on the disc golf course, and chilling with family and friends.

Sound-wise, the Bose definitely wins - but the Anker puts up a good fight for being only $40

Big sound from such a small speaker, I currently have an older Bose Soundlink 2 (Which I love) and was looking for something more portable without sacrificing sound

If you can afford it, the Bose is an easy choice over either Anker

However, when connected to a PC, the Bose's volume buttons are locked (when you push -/+ the status light on the speaker blinks on/off to like that action is unavailable)

The Bose tops them all

Yes, the Bose is more expensive … but the sound quality (great bass) and battery life are far superior to the others

I have the Bose Color Link speaker too, the sound is pretty much the same wonderful Bose sound,

but I’ve been around a lot speakers from friends gathering and I have to say this Bose is pretty awesome

As for its closest competition, the B&O P2, the Bose is fully waterproof while the former doesn't have any weather proofing (I didn't think B&O advertised any water resistance but apparently some reviews state the speaker is splash proof)
