In fact if I could I would probably reduce the bass on some songs (especially orchestral pieces), but it isn't so overly heavy as to destroy the listening experience.

I've reached out to Bose support and will update my review if I have a better experience, but I'm guessing I won't based on all the comments in their user forums.

Being able to pick up the phone and quickly get a friendly personable person who could quickly understand your problem offer you fantastic options meant you always got maximum value for your investment and never had to deal with frustrating experiences

Even if Bose products cost more, I highly recommend them as they create an unparalleled sound experience and last
