I've now suffered the same fatal issue twice in six months with the Bose SoundSport earbuds, namely that if you get some sweat on the control pad there's a seemingly decent chance that you're going to short it out and find yourself with dead $100 earbuds

Awesome workout and walkaround earbuds!!!...very light and the sound is crystal clear, and most importantly they STAY IN PLACE!!!

However, these cons (earbuds, price, worth) are enough to make me question spending the money.

Best sounding and most comfortable earbuds ever

These are THE best earbuds for teleconferences.

The earbuds sound great and you can hear things outside while you listen to music which is great if you want to hear what's around you, like your mom calling you to dinner or something

When I mute the sound, but leave the headsets in, I can hear as well as if they are not in my ears.

Time will tell but for now I am fine with this but confused as to why they changed to this configuration.
