However, i would still recommend this product if you are looking for quality and sturdity in the earphones.

I am not sure if the product is defective but the experience is poor..its a shame you spend so much still get a below average product.

They feel like they are gonna fall out of your ears any moment and feel like there is some kind of toy in your ears - not an expensive quality product

Bose is a great company with great products and I'd readily pay more for Bose than I would for any competitive product, whether for in-home, portable, or car audio needs.
