Bose SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker, works with Alexa, White

    • And even now, I need to first trick the software into dowloading my own music by initially playing it on my Windows Live software first, each song needs to first be at least started to trick the speaker software into recognizing it
    • The software needs to mature
    • However, the software sucks
    • This is a horrible product, the software is atrocious and does not work AT ALL.
    • Why the hell didn't they say this in the - also poor quality - software documentation?2
    • Average sound quality, terrible software, can almost never connect to it.
    • This software makes it extremely difficult to listen to anything but the kind of music "they" want you to listen to
    • The software is so bad it needs a complete redesign.
    • However, as other reviewers have stated, this particular product is marred by shoddy software.
    • The software is not as easy to connect to the speakers as it was before
    • The software is good enough, but takes a little getting used to.
    • This update is regarding the SoundTouch software
    • And the problem is entirely the soundtouch software.
    • Hope Bose improves the software and the sound quality, Bose Wav Radio has better sound than this Sound Touch.
    • This product is simply unreliable and the clunky software front end does not help at all
    • Don't pretend there are no competitors which offer much better software experience.
    • The "software" which is a joke, is absolutely worthless.
    • In and Bluetooth connectivity, the Soundtouch has 6 preset buttons on the speaker itself, as well as on the small remote each speaker comes with
    • Not to mention that the sound quality wasn’t the same as the first as just didn’t perform nearly as well as before
