The cable somehow wrong connect for all products , that's why it sale off 50%

Perhaps it's a defective cable, but it's very annoying.

The cable can easily get knocked off kilter so that sound only comes from one side

The stupid cable is too long, it's poorly designed, gets caught on everything and rips out of headphones or phone or both.

it's a Boseclear sharp sound, sturdy casei would prefer a longer cable
