The case protects well from scratches, but the cross guards at the bottom, where the earphone jack and power plug are, inhibit the use of some accessories like my vehicle stereo plug in and recharger cord

I used it for a week or so and decided to go with a heftier case.

This case may be adequate for most people, i tend to be less than gentle with some things.
