Genuinely love Brookstone's customer service for their prompt response

The 1 star is mainly because it DID NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX and that BROOKSTONE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE was dreadful.

Dealing with Brookstone on a return was a headache, and customer service at Brookstone is pretty unhelpful

Customer service seemed annoyed each time I called

These were a Christmas gift and from what individuals say the customer service is lacking

Their customer service is extremely aggravating and impossible to deal with

I'd recommend these c:My only problems with them would be the super short cable (its hard to sit comfortably on my PC with this, I'd recommend buying a new one) and the fact the are incredibly heavy (which makes sense as they have inbuilt speakers too, but it does get kinda sore on your neck after a while).

I bought they mainly cause of looks and they look just as cool as I tought!
