It will not air print with I pads, wireless connectivity is horrible at best, and the customer service from Brother is just garbage

Maybe I'm stupid, but maybe the problem is that Brother fails to include necessary parts in the box, has developed a poor set of instructions,, and has insufficient customer service hours

This printer does print with good quality and the toner is low-cost for the amount of printing you can do; however, the it is not at all user friendly and the customer service is a scam
