Brother should understand that the days of unintuitive electronics that require poorly written manuals, agonizing phone calls to tech support, and hours of self-troubleshooting are over.

The only caveat - hooking this up to wireless on a PC required 45 solid minutes with tech support.

Couldn't get it to connect wirelessly, barely found a tech support number, called it, the guy there was an idiot who talked down to me and then told me it would cost $100 to fix this
