    • Spent 4 hours with tech support trying to get it to print wirelessly, the tech finally said I needed to contact my HP laptop support
    • Spent an hour with tech support who says its not compatible with my router.
    • The only good thing is that the tech support person was very patient and kind.
    • (Tech support confirmed this incompatibility.
    • I called tech support and they were unable to fix it without handing me off to some specialist and CHARGING ME MONEY to make their product work
    • Then they told me I needed their tech support to perform some fixes on my computer for a $99 charge
    • Even after calling and never getting ahold of a real person in tech support

    • Brother should understand that the days of unintuitive electronics that require poorly written manuals, agonizing phone calls to tech support, and hours of self-troubleshooting are over.
