Love brother printers, does everything but my dishes

First, what the Brother MFCJ6935DW gets right, and there is a lot: construction quality is top notch, hinges, thoughtful design, easy to replace printer cartridges, NFC and App, fast printing, efficient printing

Ultimately things were resolved to my satisfaction and they agreed to send me replacement ink since we used it all in the process of multiple cleanings (at the direction of the brother support team) trying to fix it

Because it scans and prints up to 11"x17" documents, the Brother is sized accordingly and takes up some serious space, but again no worse than other large format all-in-ones IMHO.

The Brother technical support representative could not help be because they said it was a problem with my computer or Windows

A one-half-page set of instructions, with the link to the appropriate Brother (not Amazon) website, and included in the box that contained the printer, would've been extremely helpful and would have saved beaucoup time.

Brother has a great reputation in my household

I have two Brother Laser Printers that are my very favorite of all time, but evidently Brother isn't as efficient at All-in-Ones.

I highly recommend brother and this printer.

Added bonus is that the genuine Brother ink for this doesn't run if the page gets wet.

Brother home printers are good, but not as durable as Brother office printers (generally).The ink cost, and marketing, are probably a bit of a stretch

But after 1 year of medium usage this Brother is a gem!!!

Nothing like the Brother printers I loved in the past...
