Brother (after some brainless script-reading by lower level tech support personnel) "escalated the call" and OVERNIGHTED an advance replacement machine with a call tag for the old one.

Again a call to tech support.

I took off 1 star for the bad tech support

Phoned tech support and after of a full hour of trying to fix problems, none were fixed.

Followed on screen instructions saying to turn it off, then called tech support

I feel silly for listening to bad tech support.
