We love the wifi feature
-
The most important features of this product for me were a) color printing and b) wireless printing
-
I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of two useful features
-
Touch screen is a good feature too
-
Scan feature works well but it creates files 2-3 times the size of a business class scanner/copier/printer
-
There are so many great features on it as well
-
Understanding its limitations, I plan to pick up a second, monochrome Brother MFC (the L6800DW) for its much faster operation, lower cost per page to print, and better scanning features
-
There are a few things that could be better, but for everyday printing it gets the job done and has a lot of other nice features; like wifi connectivity, a high resolution scanner, and double-sided, colour printing
-
Not bad for the money, but lacks several features
-
This has so many powerful features like upload to cloud, multipage scanning etc
-
For me this is the most remarkable feature since I have either laptops or computers from XP to 10 and my husband has several MACs.
-
Other features work fine
-
Note: I did not try the duplex scan, which seems like a good feature to have.
-
Love the wireless prining feature.
-
This printer is probably overkill for most people that rarely print things, but for anyone in academia, or with a home office, or who needs lots of pages printed quickly, this is a great moderately-priced printer with plenty of very useful features.
-
Love all the features and touch screen.
-
Whatever the pages per minute are for scanning on this printer/scanner, it scans very fast in black and white, and offers nice features.
-
The Auto-Document Feeder (ADF) is a great feature when working with multi-page files that need to be converted to Adobe PDF format.
-
This printer has many awesome features and then plus some
-
As with other Brother multifunction devices I've installed for clients the MFC9330CDW provides reliable, solid and full featured printing, scanning, copying and fax
-
and I love the duplex feature.
-
That being said, there are a ton of other great features here.
-
Every 3-6 months we've had to either call Brother to troubleshoot why the scanning feature stopped working or have had to resort to using other means for scanning documents.
-
Nice feature
-
Easy setup and great features.
-
We chose the Brother MFC9330CDW as our small-office solution because of its low cost per page, relatively inexpensive toner, small footprint, and generous feature set of wireless and wired Ethernet, high-resolution scanner with both flatbed and multi-sheet feed, and integrated fax capability.
-
The advertised features of this product are enthusiastic to the point of threatening to bend reality
-
The wireless feature works fairly well, and the driver effectively picks up the signals from all our computers (I have not printed from my phone yet).
-
The 2 good features I like about this printer are the automatic dual printing and the ink doesn’t smear/run.
-
It works as if by magic ever 7th try, but outside of that trying to get it to do anything will not work
-
All functions work as they should
-
In the days ahead, the more I printed with it using the duplex the more frustrated I became as the unit continuously jammed- making the duplex unit not a "paper saver" as a lot of paper was wasted as it tried to reprint the jammed page over and over.
