The resulting scans were of decent quality and I have no complaints

The quality of scans and prints is better than all of the high-dollar equipment that the USPS uses

I have had issues with the color being of poor quality and the printer saying consistently after printing just a few pages that the tray is empty even though the tray has over 150 sheets in it.

In the days ahead, the more I printed with it using the duplex the more frustrated I became as the unit continuously jammed- making the duplex unit not a "paper saver" as a lot of paper was wasted as it tried to reprint the jammed page over and over.
