The duplex scanner works well when it works, aside from all the documents being somewhat skewed, even with the "auto deskew" enabled; acceptable for document management

but after a few months the scanner has quit working due to a TWAIN disconnect for which I can not find a fix

The Scanner is NOT user-friendly and takes a lot of selecting one thing or another to get your document to the right file.

This is clearly a machine that has been designed for small-medium businesses, and if this is your case, you will have so many choices to protect data as to enhance your employees' working routine

However, the features in this area are as impressive as in other areas
