I love Brother

but it wasn't half as good as this Brother model.

That outstanding performance of my trusty old Brother MFC-4500 is what led me to buy another Brother printer when I decided to get a new multifunction laser printer with WiFi and all the other modern features

I see there is a newer model available(Brother MFCL2750DW) for only $189.00 on Amazon but can find no reviews for it

I have loved Brother printers in the past, but this printer has been disappointing

However, I called Brother’s support line, and within 24 hours, a new machine was on my door step

Brother support only works during business hours, and I need to print this weekend.

Brother is like a toy next to HP.

At the end, I found out that the best setting for B&W scanning that works for me is to adjust image quality by dialing down both the brightness and contrast all the way to the lowest at -50%
