    • All is well now, and I will cautiously (bad experience in past with longevity of products, or lack thereof) say this is a great product, just like my first electric typewriter, which was a Brother (didn't I give away my age now???).By the way, I also ordered the printing cartridge that goes with it
    • Perhaps some of the problems I'm experiencing are related to the driver software, but its hard to know.
    • I bought this because of the positive experiences I've had with Brother printers, and the fact they will offer you technical support for the life of the product

    • This experience was so bad I don't know that I could ever order from Brother again
    • I have never had any good experience with Brother printers and I own two of them... come to think of it, if I buy another Brother printer in my life time, I should shoot my self in the foot
