Perhaps some of the problems I'm experiencing are related to the driver software, but its hard to know.

I bought this because of the positive experiences I've had with Brother printers, and the fact they will offer you technical support for the life of the product

We already had a very good experience with Brother QL-500 label printer which has served us well for years

This experience was so bad I don't know that I could ever order from Brother again

I have never had any good experience with Brother printers and I own two of them... come to think of it, if I buy another Brother printer in my life time, I should shoot my self in the foot

We're both disgusted by most other brands of printer for various reasons but have both had good experiences with Brother.

Terrible experience, kept having poor quality copies and printing.

In 2018, this should be so easy to setup and use - just a terrible experience.

But the initial experience wherein the wireless setup doesn't function is still stinging.

I've really had no negative experiences with it that would cause me to regret the purchase.

If you just occasionally print, it could be a horrible experience for you to re-set up the whole wireless
