Wi-Fi is greatest feature, and scanning quality is excellent.

The online chat support does not support a "hold" feature, so if you request a chat and noone is available it just boots you out, you can't even email your message because its flat gone, they don't put you in a queue, they just say, sorry, can't help.

Was able to print from computer with Win 10 as well as from a cell phone, Galaxy

This could be a deal breaker though I have not contacted Brother tech support as of yet.

You have to download and run a client application on your machine to scan items, which is annoying as I expected a streamlined scan-to-e-mail function

So now the printer is ready when I need it working as it was intended.

Hit or miss as to whether my paper will print when I need it to and the wifi is the big reason we bought this one.
