    • Never any issues with paper jams, wireless printing, or scanning
    • In the 6 months that I've used it, I've had 0 paper jams and have printed almost 10,000 pages (have gone through 2 cases of paper for myself and co-workers).
    • I've done several 30-50 page print jobs, and have so far not experienced paper jams
    • Also, repeatedly states that there is a jam even though there's no paper jam.

    • After said "paper jam" you have to open the top, the front and remove the toner to clear the "jam", not the end of the world, but a hassle for sure

    • Once you have done a thorough job of clearing the imaginary paper jam you sometimes can resume printing...or at least until the printer decides that the toner cartridge is low
