Never any issues with paper jams, wireless printing, or scanning

In the 6 months that I've used it, I've had 0 paper jams and have printed almost 10,000 pages (have gone through 2 cases of paper for myself and co-workers).

I've done several 30-50 page print jobs, and have so far not experienced paper jams

Also, repeatedly states that there is a jam even though there's no paper jam.

Now it has a paper jam 1 in 3

After said "paper jam" you have to open the top, the front and remove the toner to clear the "jam", not the end of the world, but a hassle for sure

In order to print you have to open up the printer and pretend you are clearing a paper jam

Once you have done a thorough job of clearing the imaginary paper jam you sometimes can resume printing...or at least until the printer decides that the toner cartridge is low

After one too many paper jams and ink drying out in the inkjet printer, we decided to look for a laser printer.

Lastly, it will say I have a paper jam even though I don't

And these are clean documents with no staples, or staple marks, they're not crumpled, they're freshly printed documents and it paper jams.

If you don't mind dealing with constant "paper jams", then this is the machine for you

No problems with paper jams and the copy function works so easily that even my mother learned how to master it.

I am pretty sure this was the same type of printer that was in the movie "office space" that would give the error message that there is a paper jameven when there is no paper jam

No new ink cartridges, no network issues, no paper jams, no problems at all!I also love that you can easily do 1,2 or 4 pages on a page, and you can print double-sided, without having to stand on 1 leg and pray that your drivers will work this time.

And, now, the auto-feeder for the scanner fails about half the time, making a screeching sound and says "paper jam" even though there is no paper in it.

Good printer, but it complains about imaginary paper jams much too frequently and leaves marks or double prints sometimes on envelopes.
