Can be a bit complicated to use at first, but works well and has so many options, fonts, styles, etc. etc.

Would give it a 5 but the screen is a bit hard to see.

I bought mine from an office supply store, and I see that it's a bit cheaper to buy it through Amazon

It does waste quite a bit of tape before and after print area though.

If you twist my arm for a negative it would be that there seems to be excessive blank tape before and after the text so the unit can be a bit wasteful in that way.

Originally I was a bit skeptical about the quality of a label maker at this price point.
