-
The software is also easy to use.
-
The included software works with PC and Mac, though the MAC software is a bit tricky to install properly
-
Software was easy to use
-
Pretty easy to use, software needs some work but overall a good purchase

-
It has the Editor 5.0 software that works on iOS
-
I love this little printer...but the software!!
-
The software that comes with it (downloadable) is really nice.
-
CRAP!I've been fighting this idiotic software program for over an hour trying to understand
-
The software is barely adequate
-
Buggy software and terrible support.
-
A little tricky learning software.
-
So we can't use the ptedit50 user library and software and have to use the ptlite10.So, great label printer, crappy software
-
Note that I also have a Brother laser printer and my overall comments are nearly the same, great hardware, lousy software.
-
As others have noted, the printer works very well, but my surprise was how good the software was
-
Pure disappointment - This poor quality printer only works with their poor quality software
-
Great printer, but the software is not as good as some of the printers I have used
-
The software was outstanding and provided me with a large variety of options
-
The software was pretty good for designing my labels and can save them for quick printing in future
-
Software is powerful but can be a little confusing until you get the hang of it.
-
But the software is so confusing and stressful to use when you need for it to be flexible in a very simple way.
-
This printer is great its plug & play and very easy to use, the software makes it a breeze to create professional looking labels in no time
-
Not my favorite software, and doesn't work over a network, but it's reliable and prints out labels.
-
It does what it was designed to do, but the software could be a little more user friendly for us people who aren't used to business machines.
-
The software wasn't necessarily super easy or intuitive and the original labels weren't what i needed for address labels, but now it rocks.
-
Do not waste your money on this product! The software on a newer MacBook is very buggy
-
My needs for this are rather simple...too simple and yet the software that comes with this product is a nightmare
-
Love this thing, software works great and the labels are very easy to read.
-
Seriously, I freaking love this thing it is fast, quiet, reliable, the software is easy to use

-
It is easy putting the tape in, and then the software seems easy to use
-
The software is easy to use and very intuitive
-
Prints quickly, does auto cutting so you don't waste label paper, and the software is embedded in the printer itself - like a USB memory stick.
-
Free software updates
-
Includes lots of labels and good software although I HIGHLY recommend the simple version- the detailed full program becomes very frustrating.
-
There is more robust software included and available for download
-
I have not experienced any problems with the label printer but only the software itself
-
The software that comes with it is really easy to use
-
I am not sure where to begin because the software for this thing is SOOOOOOO bad, words fail me.
-
The ptouch software is easy to use.
-
The software itself isn't all that fast, and it's very low-tech
-
The software was a little difficult to get downloaded for Windows 10, but once it was on my machine it was easy to use.
-
, oddly there was no communication issue using the default basic software
-
The software is very easy to use and comes in a Window's 7 64bit and has a MS ribbon interface feel to it with Aero support, you can make an professional looking company shipping label with images in minutes.
-
The software works OK
-
And the software is easy to use and I was printing labels in no time
-
Comes with decent software.
-
The included software is the problem.
-
The software really stinks, and the print quality is not up to the competition.
-
But the software is confusing
-
Software is great too.
-
(Isn't the printer - it is the HORRIBLE software P-touch)
-
nice software included.
-
The software is even worse than first thought
-
Contracting for decent software is not hard
-
The software is crappy
-
Overall: the Hardware is solid - the Software is well done & very capable, with a few minor start-up glitches-----Bit of an adventure to install w Mac-OS
-
The printer itself is fantastic but the software is a high maintenance mess.
-
It is really fast, the software is awesome (make sure you get the latest d/l version) and make sure you follow the driver install instructions... don't just plug it in... use the cd and do it right
-
Also, the software that comes with it is perfectly fine.
-
The software works fine on Windows 7 64bit
-
The software is very flexible, and you can save anything, or even import lists and print lots of labels at once.
-
Love the software and printer, automatically cuts, no ink, $9 for 400 label's, and it works with Windows 8 RP
-
But in the age of countless apps written by 13 year olds, the software that is supplied with this printer is totally unacceptable
-
The software which comes with it is atrocious, though.
-
I wish there were some easier software to use.
-
When you start it up a disk pops up with all the printing software ready to go.
-
The software is just horrible and makes the printeruseless at random intervals
-
The software is simple and works great
-
Brother, please develop better software for Mac
-
and the software works very
-
but if you run more than one instance of print job it slows down a bitMachine Software
-
Super fast and the software is pretty good too.
-
The software for windows (computer) is easy to use
-
It would be nice to have a user friendly driver/software.
-
I have not loaded the more expansive software that comes with the disk - I don't need all of that.
-
If you buy one be prepared for a miserable time trying to figure out what MAY be very good software - who can tell
-
Tried to understand the most moronic software program ever written
-
The software is user friendly.
-
The printer works, and does what's it's supposed to do, but the software is a pain
-
Works great on my Power Mac 5.1 (late 2012) w/OS 10.11
-
The only e-postage vendor to support this printer is PitneyBowes, and dealing with them brings a whole new meaning to customer dis-service (printer won't work unless you have their super-special, custom made, can only be bought from them e-stamp label
-
However, because of it's lack of support by any decent e-postage companies and because I bought it for printing postage, I cannot give it any more than one star
