The P-Touch editor software required to run this machine crashes it 10 times for every time it works.

Every time you turn the computer off, you would have to clear the printer settings to be able to print with the printer

While this could be a decent product, do not waste your time if you own a Mac with the latest version of OSX.

On-line support is never available and the wait time for a live agent is lengthy.

The address labels work a little bit better; however, it is has taken more time than I have to spare to figure out how to save a basic custom template and have it show up each time

I don't like the labels that it provides its not a very good assortment for me wish I would have gotten another brand as they have many to choose from and are not all continuous square cut labels they have a few but have a very hard time lining them up correctly sometimes labels are faded but works fine.
