I learned my lesson last year to never buy so-called "compatible" toner cartridges, and I am not taking any chances on a remanufactured one either.

After much discussion, Brother stepped forward with replacement offer under following conditions: I had to get an approved "Return Authorization" from Brother, then repackage and mail the faulty cartridge to them and include the purchase invoice

Last year I bought the same cartridge from Vision Supplies through this website, and it leaked toner into the machine from first installation until it died (still with toner within) about a year later, well under the advertised 7,000 sheets.

A bit of a mess and a $100 service call later I contacted this seller Vivamart informing them that the last cartridge was defective.

At first, I thought the cartridge needed to be "broken in," so I was (foolishly) patient and did not return it.

I have found that every time I've tried to "cheap" out and get a OEM Compatible cartridge it never gives the same high quality of performance we get from OEM cartridges.
