I have the "chirp" software and a baofeng uv-5r radio, and the cable works perfectly without issue, every time.

Wish I could say what the software/driver problem was, but once linked to a non-glitchy computer, the cable worked perfectly.

After plugging in and locating the COM Port (different from the other cable) worked with out a hitch on Windows 10
