I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2014 model that syncs but has terrible audio quality.

The sound quality for the headphones profile is pretty good, but for conference calls I have to switch to the Headset profile which has lower quality drivers and the sound is really bad

Sound quality is AMAZING.

Other noteworthy but minor issues include flimsy build quality (the adapter would wobble when you try to pull it out or plug it in) and inability to connect to 2 devices at once as advertised (automatically switches to lower quality bluetooth audio)
