They DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER

If you want customer support, buy a Buffalo router.

When I contacted their customer support by email they first ran me through some delaying and eventually just said I should go to the DD-WRT wiki and support forums for info

I like the form and features but the Firmware update file on the vendors site has problems and customer support seems clueless

I have been trying to reach out the customer support since 1 month
