This thing is great

Only thing I didn't like is it vibrates against the wall when a call comes in while charging.

Best thing!I have been travelling 1.5 years, and batteries just seem to drain quick

but I do have trouble getting things to plug in

It rips the thing off of the wall as I try with two hands to remove the plugs

I have used others before and have not had difficulty plugging things in and out

This thing is perfect for me

The only thing that I need to mention is that the device will take up the space of two (2) AC ports, so the only losing an AC outlet but gaining one

Not a great things for backpackers, taking up two whole plugs (plus side, you do have 3 plugs on there they can use plus 2 USB cables)
