I use these cameras to get close ups of birds and small mammals as well as large game and can get clear video and triggers on birds as small as chickadees

Video feature does not work half the time, most night video is ok, but daytime video is usually just a freeze frame and static, and when it works there is no sound

I have gotten some great pictures and videos both during the day and at night.

The videos are very clear.

I don't really know why any hunter needs the more expensive cameras if you are just looking to get a good picture or video of the wildlife (deer, turkey, etc.) near your setup.
