Just in case anyone wants to know, this will power an external hard drive or thumb drive so you can keep everything on there instead of your Micro SD card

You can attach whatever size spinning hard drive to this and get all the space you need

Man alive, SSDs (which the microSD card is... kinda) are so much easier than magnetic hard drives

I spent a couple of hours adding a USB hard drive, Samba, and a few other packages and had a new wireless file server on my home network

At this point I've thrown an external hard drive on it and use SFTP with Raspbian's built in SSH server as a backup system

I purchased a Raspberry PI because I have many external hard drives using Truecrypt since 2005

The case works well with a T-Cobbler Plus (assuming u r smart enough to put the connector harness in the correct way).
