Sharp edge to edge, good color rendition, and fast enough.

The images are tack sharp with good color and much less distortion than I would expect from this much of a wide angle lens.

I love this lens color and resolution.

I've learned the technical aspects of photography so that I can properly use my camera and lenses; but when it comes down to pictures, I generally don't care about the technical aspects of photography such as chromatic Aberration or proper color saturation, etc

All I can say is, this lens kicks arse!As a pro photographer, shooting both nature and portrait, I am totally impressed with the rich colors and sharpness of this lens!This lens won't let you down.

f/4 L lens I purchased from Amazon and it works very well, but I like the idea of an image stabilized wide angle since I would like to more video work and this lens (16-35 is) looked very promising.

For the price it's probably the best L-series quality lens you can buy.
