Canon EOS 60D 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera Body Only

    • Love the Canon 60D. Takes amazing images.
    • Just big enough (and I have big XL hands)-Interface/User experience is excellent & typical Canon-Cost is a steal for the quality and features
    • However, Canon did well to reduce the complexity of photography with the extra dials and buttons in the back.
    • If you are not a photographer (or studying to become one) and just want a DSLR to capture family events and such, I would definitely stick with the more affordable Canon T1 series.
    • I've used the Canon 60d about 1 month now and I love it
    • My camera has more strength and dexterity while the Canon has more charisma and constitution
    • Apparently Canon did not fix the issues in the
    • I will keep this short and sweet, I ADORE this Canon 60D
    • I really can't find any words to thank Canon for making my dream came true.
    • I love canons that is all I own
    • Other then that I love the Canon 60D.
    • I love the Canon 60D for a combination of video and photography work
    • My camera has more strength and dexterity while the Canon has more charisma and constitution
    • I guess I knew this early on, but I was now invested, and didn't want to jump ship too soon (though I should have). The images lacked punch, that dynamic Canon hit was missing
    • its manageable, the default setting for upper end iso is 3200, so that tells you how confident Canon is with its camera's ability to handle noise
    • Canon 60D is awesome, it has the same picture quality as the Canon 7D but you can save five hundred dollars or more, in addition, you get very nice Canon 18-200 len, I enjoy it very much.
    • The 70D will have an improved sensor (the first new Canon ASP-C sensor in years), and more video features, such as autofocus and digital zoom (still no headphone jack, though).
    • As far as menus go, I much prefer Canon's to Nikon's
    • I own a Canon T3i as well and in my comparison the pictures using the 60D are a bit more sharp and colorful.
    • and I am enjoying Canon once again
    • Needless to say, I have returned Canon back to Amazon (great service, by the way - I would buy ONLY directly from Amazon).I have read many reviews before I ordered Canon 60D camera, as well as on Amazon.
    • It's easy to see in comparing the 60D to the 7D and also to Nikon's newest offerings that Canon chose to limit functionality merely so that 60D sales didn't interfere with the
    • So far, I love the Canon.
    • As earlier Canon did not disappoint me
    • The 7D without lens is almost the same price as the D7000 with lens and the specs seem much better for the D7000 then the 60D. I have been a loyal Canon buyer, but the 30% price hike for me to get a similar product line I already had opens up the door for me to look at another model.
    • For the past 13 years I have been a consistent Canon EOS xxD buyer
    • I highly recommend the Canon T2i
    • I guess I knew this early on, but I was now invested, and didn't want to jump ship too soon (though I should have). The images lacked punch, that dynamic Canon hit was missing
    • My last camera was a canon T1i, and I loved it
    • I'm planning to buy a second 60D as a backup to my current 60D. Nice job, Canon
    • The best Canon would do is repair the camera under warranty
    • If the order of release was like 7D, 60D and T2i for the Nikon camp, the story and arguments would be just like canon's
    • Canon needs to improve their sensor production in the next line.2
    • Many people love this argument because it is time for Nikon fans (not going to say they are fanboys, because I know there are some Canon fanboys too) to really blow their horns and tout superiority by numbers
    • If Canon doesn't fix the issue before my next camera, it will be a Nikon.
    • If the order of release was like 7D, 60D and T2i (equivalent) for the Nikon camp, the story and arguments would be just like canon's
    • I have a nice Canon I bought a few years
    • I like Canon
    • Nice job again, Canon!
    • The camera is a bit lighter then older canons and the trigger is a bit hesitant sometimes but minor things considering the great picture and video quality.
    • This lens does not have a zoom lock but neither did that monstrous Canon 28-135 which slides open as soon as it falls below horizonal, but the 18-135 stays put
    • when transitioning between focus points.-Fast shooting speed and 2 settings for shooting speed (normal and high speed)-Built in wireless flash control-Really nice Canon software (I use a Mac, and I am intrigued by the USB interface software which allows you to control the camera from your computer!)-Cool custom shooting mode-Sharp flip out rotating screenThis is a really nice bridge between Rebel cameras and the dream cameras few of us can afford.
    • One of the best cameras Canon has ever made.
    • With it's 5.3 fps burst mode, great low light performance, quick autofocus, myriad video framerates, and articulating screen, the Canon 60D easily exceeds our needs and motivates me to take more pictures and improve my photography technique(s).
    • It actually takes very professional pictures and if you are planning on starting a career or just using it for fun, I highly recommend this Canon EOS 60D!
    • my daughter loves this Canon a real good add on to her other Canons
    • As the card can be write protected in the Body, canon could easily release a minor firmware update to instruct the camera to ignore the card write protected fault, instead of stinging owners out who's warranties have expired £200 a time for a manufacturing fault
    • Seems that Canon has an evil plot to keep changing the battery design so that you can not use a battery from an older model in a newer model.
    • I love my Canon and was going on a trip so decided I just needed to replace the one that needed repair.
    • Many people love this argument because it is time for Nikon fans (not going to say they are fanboys, because I know there are some Canon fanboys too) to really blow their horns and tout superiority by numbers
    • I had a Nikon DLSR that could not really support a IS lense that was up to 300 because the length was not supported by the body wieght
    • When I was looking to upgrade my DSLR camera, I wanted something I could grow with, as well as not breaking the bank
    • I could only keep either the Nikon D700 or the Canon 60D, I'd choose the Canon because it is more versatile (stills and video) and the stills are almost as nice as those produced on the D700.
    • This may prove useful for videographers, as well as for setting up compositions while the camera is on a tripod, for macro use, or for using it from unusually low or high vantage points.
    • Works as it suppose to...!
    • I have used it to shoot in low light situations indoors without flash as well as for outdoor bright light action shots.
    • and I don't want to give the wrong impression, but the images from this camera are not as nice as from the D700.
    • I recently purchased a used 60D to serve as backup as well as to
    • Needless to say, I have returned Canon back to Amazon (great service, by the way - I would buy ONLY directly from Amazon).I have read many reviews before I ordered Canon 60D camera, as well as on Amazon.
    • I looked at the Nikon D90 and D7000; as well as, the Canon T2i
    • I have used this camera to shoot weddings and other events, as well as for nature photography
    • Last year I struggled as to whether I should get the new (at that time
    • well except when I am cursing as I have to make a change and have to stop and do it with both hands...other than that I overlook
