    • I love the lens.
    • My other choice was the 7D, but I felt like the savings could go towards the better lens and Photoshop.
    • Five quite expensive lens and am unable to take a decent photograph
    • When you get to use this camera with a good or great lens it makes you yearn for more, you just want to shoot and shoot
    • The lens has a wide choose, but it is hard to say perfect. if you want to have a good lens, i think you would have to choose another one
    • With this very same camera but a crappy lens the images could be disappointing, so try to get a good lens before you cant talk about the camera
    • Don't spend 2 - 5 thousand on newer models... this is awesome! ...remember, though, you have to get the right lens
    • This is not critical as these operations can typically be more easily done in batches on a computer.-Lack of AF Microadjustment: Many are disappointed that the 60D does not include the ability to micro-adjust the focus so that each lens is completely accurate
    • The lens, of course, are heavier, so the lighter camera works good
    • Its amazing, easy to use, great with good optics and im in love, the screen is very comfortable and the lens it came with is
    • I also understand a good lens makes a big difference, as the 50mm f1.8 is a far better quality lens under low light and depth of field image quality when compared to the 18-55mm kit lens
    • The battery life is spectacular and this kit lens, the Canon 18-135 1:3.5-5.6 IS is a REALLY, REALLY great lens which is going to be vilified because it's the kit lens
    • , this is an amazing lens for quality, at a low price, also the 18-55mmIS, 28-135mm IS, 55-250mm IS, 35mm prime and the 18MP stands out and shines
    • though the motor has been silenced a bit it is not the quietest lens on the market
    • The lens is great, needs some practice
    • The Canon 60d matched with a nice lens, is possible to get superior images of macro objects, very low light scenes with image quality not possible with the smaller sensor cameras.
    • Its amazing, easy to use, great with good optics and im in love, the screen is very comfortable and the lens it came with is
    • After a few days of use, i will say, without a doubt, this lens is great for a kit lens
    • The lens does not work well in hot weather
    • It's that same cheap plasticy built as the old kits and the 55-250 (another great lens).
    • the lens broke the fall ;-)
    • Comes with a great lens
    • I mean with a appropriate lens, a good angle and a dolly or a tripod dolly combined with a good story and an actor, you can easily match any Hollywood movie out there
    • It is not super high quality lens, but for this price, I am happy with it.
    • I bought the Canon 50mm 1.8 lens, which is a great starter lens and is only about $120

    • It has wonderful low light sensitivity, really long battery life, good quality 18-135 lens and better price than t5I ofSL1
    • it is a good lens overall with better optical quality and lower chromatic aberration than the 17-85mm usm lens
    • The 18-135 mm IS lens is a VERY GOOD lens
    • I think the 18-135 IS lens is pretty sharp and has great depth of field
    • Works like a charm!Lens and camera body are good and practical for any photo situation
    • I opted to get just the body, because I still had the lenses from my Rebel Camera, but the kit lenses are made for the new digitals and for a couple hundred dollars more you get a good performing lens.
    • Other than this I would again advise buyers that a great lens makes a world of difference
    • My lens had stabilization on and still works so maybe not the lens
    • The lens is a little better than the 18-135mm version because it has a little more reach and magnification for close-up shots (.25x vs .21x) but comparing their prices I do not think its worth upgrading to the 18-200mm
    • i also like the 18x 135 lens in the kit and it works quite well for me
    • You would need some expensive lens adapters to get these results with a camcorder
    • i love the 18-135 such a nice lens.
    • The Panasonic GF1 and GX1 are great cameras, but they don't quite deliver the quality of a Canon with a great prime lens.
    • the 5.3 FPS continuous shooting mode is great and really helps to capture moving images- the 18-135mm kit lens is a solid starter lens that is very good for most shots a mid level amateur will need.
    • My solution is to support the 3 pound lens more than the body, thus switching orientations no longer stresses the body and no warping occurs
    • The 18-200 lens works like a dream
    • Get the right lens (original canon is the best choice) especially the prime lens and you are all set.
    • Went ahead and ordered the camera with the 18-135 lens kit as pre-purchase research showed that the lens would be a good all around daily usage lens and it is.
    • In the great expanse of what is our American Southwest, it was a wonderful lens
    • Choosing a good lens is probably the most difficult decision in photography
    • Kit lens (18-200mm) is capable but is not very strongly built
    • When shooting a fast prime lens wide open, the depth of field is tight and focus is critical - I use the LCD in Live View, zoom in on the target, make a final focusing adjustment, and the result is perfect every time
    • For a reasonable price, you get enough cam and lens to do it all and more if you add a canon flash, and perhaps a specialty lens if you have a particular need.
    • With this very same camera but a crappy lens the images could be disappointing, so try to get a good lens before you cant talk about the camera
    • The wrong lens hood being one that is not a lens hood for a lens as wide as 18mm
    • Both take great images with a good lens (glass). What lenses to buy?The kit lens is OK starter lens and has the advantage of cost and lightness
    • The lens has enough versatility that it hasn't been a problem that I haven't been able to afford any more lenses yet
    • 60D. Canon's swivel LCD, excellent controls, sturdy build and a great kit lens, make this camera my best one so far
    • - Along with this kit lens, buy a prime lens like Canon
    • Tons of features great price and a great lens
    • Although it's often stated that kit lenses aren't very good, I really like the 18-135mm included lens.
    • I look forward to adding a lens or two down the road, but for now this lens is great for shooting a wide variety of activities.
    • and she said "the lens is too slow"
    • the Canon EF-S17-85mm f/3-5.6 USM is a great lens for her!!
    • Great camera, great lens
    • Although, the 18-135mm kit lens is a very good walk-around lens, I soon plan on investing in a "nifty-fifty" as well as a telephoto lens
    • But, make sure you get a nice lens (i'm using 17-40mm) to enhance your experience.
    • The 18-200 lens is also great for walk-around video and photography use, though having a few fast primes always helps your image.
    • This 50mm lens or nifty fifty as it is nicknamed is a great lens for the price, about $110, and is capable of capturing some great photos
    • The 18-200mm lens is not perfect but I am happy I get to lessen my lens changing
    • It was disappointing that I could not use my best lens to capture the night sky shots that I wanted
    • though i am also a big believer that the camera is only as good as the lens, as far as kit lenses this one is great, though if you are on the fence about what lens to get i would recommend spending the extra money on a L series lens kit, or for those who want aps-c focal leinghts the sigma 17-70 is hsm or the
    • The lens is not the best, but it is expected for a kit lens.
    • I also went with just buying the camera body and purchasing a Canon 15-85mm 3.5 lenses which is a much better lens than comes with the kits
    • At the end of the day a good lens makes the difference, but the image quality of the 60D will match with the 7D, and beat it's rivals when it comes to colour, and low light images.5
    • not tometion the 18 - 135mm lens is a very good starter lens
    • Excellent product, with its 18 megapixel photographs are all handsome, works great on full HD video, the macro lens 18mm to 55mm very good for what I needed.so far in these 15 days has been a very good choice for purchase
    • Now put on the kit 18-135 and you feel feel its girth but its a solid lens with metal threads
    • I'd suggest only filming in a well lit area until you get a better lens
    • then go get a MK III or a IDX and hang an $8,000 lens on it
    • I often missed shots due to wrong lens on my camera at wrong time
    • Very good lens
    • The 18-135 lens, which isn't really the sharpest lens in the Canon stable, is an ergonomic gem
    • The lens is handy, good for day to day use, but if you have a quality perspective, this lens may not be the right choice
    • Vignette usually occurred when the lens is wide open (18mm) with the wrong filter or filters gang banged or the wrong lens hood attached.
    • I expect this can be resolved with a better lens for low light situations.
    • I would not recommend the 18-55 kit lens though...you will bump against its limitations very quickly, even if you are a beginner like me
    • When I put the 85mm on the working T2i, the T2i said error #1 "clean Lens
    • The lens is sharp except for wide open at 18mm
    • The best thing about this window is that you can protect the screen from scratches and although Canon claims it will help you get shots from other angels and enhance the live view, it's still slightly more awkward to use than on the Powershot series because you could one zoom one handed with the switch, instead to having to manually twist the lens
    • It has a better kit lens, higher frame rates in burst mode, a more substantial body, and an LCD on the top of the camera near the shutter button
    • Great low-light capability with the right lens and takes incredible photos.
    • I have the 18-135 which is a fine lens.
    • I was searching for the perfect P&S, but got a little sidetracked, always wanting a better picture
    • Up to 87mb/s but unstable
