I will give 4 stars because my bundle came missing the extra battery and the remote shutter (as advertised on their picture) but after I got in contact with Ritz, they sent the two missing items (but instead of getting a polaroid extra battery, I got another brand)

Camera is great, but accessories are disappointing.... just days after return window expired large tripod broke, camera bag strap broke and little tripod broke

Overall nothing with the camera itself is wrong just the products that come with it

The camera takes excellent quality photos and is easy to use

The Slave Flash does not work in the slave mode, and the two smaller lens are of poor quality

However the box of accessories was missing the second memory card as well as missing the second battery

One of the memory cards, the flash, the larger tripod, as well as the replacement battery.

But the extra battery and remote control for the camera was missing along with the Green leveler

Everything works as it should and everything arrived well packaged

The kit was short one battery but Amazon issued me a credit to purchase the one missing

Initially when I received the package, an item was missing but Ritz responded very quickly with this and other questions I had.

There was no padding in the long box which left the items free to slide around and possibly get broken

emailed Ritz and they said they would send the missing items but just received a 16gb not a 32

So far I am happy with this camera just have a hard time getting it to sign on to wifi, other wise I am happy with the overall quality of this camera

Fast shipping, great camera and lenses, kit almost complete, never received missing items.
