We got this machine to replace a very expensive fax machine from an office-supply company that had many problems with paper jams and was very fussy to use.

I have only used it for less than a month and ran through a couple of reams of paper, but no paper jams or other problems.

It hasn't had any trouble with paper jams so far and has been very reliable

it has NEVER copied even 20 sheets of paper without a paper jam, and it constantly pulls 2 and 3 sheets at a time trough the feeder

Then one day, it had a paper jam and the error light would not go off even though I removed the paper.

Suddenly, it started getting paper jams
