We've printed over a thousand since the machine started saying "Can't guarantee print quality" All 3 colors show empty. . .

Researching printers, I read that a color laser would be "medium quality" compared to an inkjet; so from my perspective... simply having fast printing, sharp text / blacks, and color that would print at all would be a massive upgrade for me
