US based tech support HORRIBLE!!!

So Canon even has good Tech Support.

So I called tech support and they were a joke, telling me it was not the print, but it's my router and network

Called Canon Tech Support and was able to speak to a human pretty quickly

I was on tech support (phone) for about 2 hours and we had no luck with adjustments
