    • UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Canon tech Support
    • I hope to contact tech support one more time to find out the answer to this and will update
    • I called tech support.
    • talk about tech support/customer support.
    • I call tech support they tell me to turn it off and reboot.
    • i emailed the tech support and received a response, but by then i was fed up
    • Eventually called tech support
    • So easy to use, didn’t need any tech support
    • I have not needed tech support
    • I must say the set-up turned out to be complicated even though I followed the instructions precisely but the good news is that tech support was easy to reach and very nice
    • I have not yet had the need to make use of Tech Support, so I don't know if they are going to be of any use or not.
    • My attempts with tech support was less than useful
    • This looks like a good scanner, but after I'd been on the phone for AN HOUR with tech support, the best he could offer was telling me to call Apple to uninstall the latest OS and reinstall an older one -- otherwise return the scanner.
    • Tech support had no other suggestions
    • Emailed support and told to try a couple of things (didn't help) and then escalate my issue to someone higher up in tech support.
    • At the end of the day, feels a bit clunky and mechanical b/c of the software.
