Had paper jams, returned the printer for a new one and after hours on call with the tech dept of canon it still does not work

The original documents get caught at the top, and it is not just a simple lift up the flap and pull out the paper jam.

It is extremely fast, however that can lead to paper jams in the sheet feeder as it seems to trip over its own feet whipping the originals through, especially if they are different sizes
