Cartridge didn't work

These are very good quality ink cartridges.

The cartridge I received was completely clogged and the ink barely came out

I bought a cheap refilled cartridge and the quality of the printing was awful - fuzzy and almost illegible.

When I ordered my printer, this is the cartridge size that was recommended.

I bought this XL cartridge in hope of making my ink last a little longer, I saw no difference between this and the less expensive 240 Black cartridges from Canon
