Every print job takes 15 minutes due to paper jam, error messages, paper feed out of alignment & a miracle to print

Had 1st one get paper jam but really liked it so well, purchased same one

If you like paper jams and coddling a printer that's supposed to be wireless and easy go for it

So now I have a printer with about 30 pieces of paper jammed into it and no way to get all of it out

I am not sure if it is printer quality or paper quality but the print is a bit hazy and print is very visible on the backside (not great for double sided printing.)The paper jams frequently and other problems come up often

I have to keep turning it on and off, feeding paper, fixing paper jams, etc

Works maybe 30% of the time, Paper jams are a constant with this printer, wouldn't recommend buying this POS.

But then I got my first paper jam

It has plastic parts which caused paper jams, pulling paper out the plastic broke and the spring popped out

If you love paper jamming get this model

And it's very easy to get paper jam!!!

Sometimes it decides to suck up all the paper from the tray and cause an extra big paper jam for an extra helping of fun

Pairs easily with my devices, one complaint is the frequent paper jams.

The device then was plagued with paper jams and blurred the few pages that actually survived.

Just about every time I print something another blank sheet of paper moves partially into the printer and then reports a paper jam.

Multiple paper jams, used ink cartridges up in less than an hour sometimes but also gave false error messages about "empty" ink cartridges that were still full of ink

I had one paper jam that caused all subsequent print jobs to have duplicate lettering and jagged edges.

I have hardly used it because each time I do, the paper jams and it takes forever to get the paper out

The printer is indicating there is a paper jam, yet there is no paper in the printer whatsoever.

In the four months we have owned it, we have dealt with continuous paper jams, jittery printing, patches that will not print, smears, and now it regular say it will not print a document.

but once the paper jam/stuck it might break the printer itself. which happen to my last 2

Now, any simple print job is met with paper jams, as the printer is incapable of loading only one sheet of paper at a time

Then it's starting to get paper jams about 2 out of 5 times you try to adjust the paper so the junk wheels grab it

After the paper jam, the printer never printed right again.

However the printer still believes there is a paper jam and won't print.

Finally cut the cord and set up to print wireless which was great...until I had a paper jam.

Paper-jams happen all the time and shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Unfortunately, some of the fixes that worked or other sufferers (maintenance utilities) were unavailable to me until I cleared the 'paper jam'.

The printer connected to my WiFi and suck just fine, but recently it keeps intaking stacks of paper and it creates a paper jam which involves me yanking it out

Also giving it a lower paper jam possibility

I can print to it from my laptop via wifi, from my cellphone (with Canon print app), as well as via the USB cable.

Works very well with both Android and Apple devices as well as with Windows laptops on the wifi
