    • Every print job takes 15 minutes due to paper jam, error messages, paper feed out of alignment & a miracle to print
    • Had 1st one get paper jam but really liked it so well, purchased same one
    • If you like paper jams and coddling a printer that's supposed to be wireless and easy go for it
    • So now I have a printer with about 30 pieces of paper jammed into it and no way to get all of it out
    • I am not sure if it is printer quality or paper quality but the print is a bit hazy and print is very visible on the backside (not great for double sided printing.)The paper jams frequently and other problems come up often
    • I have to keep turning it on and off, feeding paper, fixing paper jams, etc
    • Works maybe 30% of the time, Paper jams are a constant with this printer, wouldn't recommend buying this POS.

    • In the four months we have owned it, we have dealt with continuous paper jams, jittery printing, patches that will not print, smears, and now it regular say it will not print a document.
