It’s biggest drawback is that it goes through ink like it costs a dollar a cartridge
-
It was a little hard to setup, the cartridges were hard to get in and get the "beep" noise.
-
Drained the black ink cartridge in a couple of days....ordered a new cartridge.....printed 13 pages....same thing again, I cleaned the print heads, aligned the print heads, NOTHING
-
I tried getting new cartridges and still didn't work
-
Extremely satisfied that they owned up to the issues, and I have one that works, with fresh ink cartridges, too :)
-
I find myself frustrated buying new cartridges every 3 weeks
-
And shook the cartridges to losen stuck ink
-
This is what I've been looking for a printer in my price range that works great with both my kindle fire and my phone, without the overpriced ink cartridges
-
The other nice thing, none of that ridiculous multi ink tank cartridges
-
The Brother installed more easily, cartridges are much less expensive, and the unit is sturdier, etc., and the cost per page is MUCH better.
-
cartridges are hard to insert, as you cannot see what you are doing without tilting the printer on the back
-
Thinking I bought bad cartridges
-
Our last printer was a Pixma, so when we upgraded to this wireless model, we expected to love it just as much as we did our old one.
-
I need a printer that can print from mobile devices as well as from network connected computers
-
The top feeder is likely to get broken as it does not fold down flat
-
Anyhow not much can be done, but just hoping the printer works as it should.
-
It works as
-
Teally frustrating as it will not print wirelessly from a Windows 10 laptop
-
I t crumpled up the paper everytime you try to print something
-
only an OK buy not a great buy and when it breaks I’ll definitely be buying a different printer
-
Works perfect, but made as well as I though it should have been.
-
Horrible...I’m definitely sending this back
