The worst part of this printer is that it does not make it easy to load the paper--either it's too far inside or not far enough--and it jams if you do it wrong
-
Cons - It won't stay connected or, if it becomes disconnected which I am not sure how that happens every week, it does not have the ability to reconnect itself.
-
The scanner works great as does the color, easy to insert and extract the ink and paper
-
The bad: eats ink (and it's expensive), paper jams for no reason, does not have certain functions if using a Chromebook, not so easy to set up, clunky software
-
I finally managed to get it to connect to the WiFi, the only problem is is that whenever I try to print, it just goes into an "error state" and I can't do anything with the printer at all except for turn it off and turn it back on, which may I add does NOT fix the issue
-
Great office machine that does what it’s supposed to but very difficult to program if your not tech minded
-
It does everything that a more expensive printer does!
-
This printer does not work with Google Chromebooks despite claim it support Google Cloud
-
We'll see how this little fellow does over time, but I doubt I'll get over the screen.(MAC address: During wifi setup, the MX492 asked me for the MAC address of my router
-
I'm rather disappointed, though it does work with my desk-top.
-
Just the right size and does all thy need it to do
-
A cheap printer that does a lot
-
When it does print, it’s very slow
-
Only problem is that whenever Windows does an update, all the drivers are lost
-
This printer does not work

The printer is quite easy to use however, it does make more noise than what I had expected.
-
Here is the good (which does not in my mind outweigh the bad):A) the copy function is very good and clear - (although it is good only a4 and ltr)B) the driver and app is very good (to MacOS High Sierra)C) very lightweight - easy to change location (even up the stairs)
-
Not a solid machine, but does the small amount of printing that I need.
