It took in too much paper, had a paper jam and when I pulled the paper out, a gear fell off

I cannot find any paper jam in the machine.

After 2 weeks I got a paper jam and now it won’t print anything

I've had it for a little over a month and EVERY print job it gets paper jammed

and I was unable to clear the paper jam

A lot of people complained about this printer.......ive had a paper jam that has only happened to me once.
